Do I need a special pillowcase for my Dr. Marink’s pillow?
No, Dr. Marink’s Side Sleeper and Back Sleeper Pillows fit standard-size pillowcases, while Combo Sleeper Pillows fit king-size pillowcases.
Why aren’t Dr. Marink’s pillows big and fluffy?
Big, fluffy pillows may seem comfortable, but the best sleep position keeps your neck in its natural alignment. Dr. Marink's pillows are designed to promote this position for a more comfortable, pain-free sleep.
How do I customize the height of my Dr. Marink’s pillow?

Each pillow comes with a custom spacer system to adjust the height. Spacers can vary the height from ¼ inch to 2 inches. Detailed instructions are included with your pillow.

I lost the spacer instructions that came with my pillow. How can I get another copy?

No worries! You can download the spacer instructions for Back Sleeper, Side Sleeper, and Combo Sleeper Pillows on our website.

How long will it take for me to get used to my Dr. Marink’s pillow?

On average, it takes 5-7 days to adjust, though it could be shorter or longer depending on the individual. Once you adjust to the ideal position, you'll never want to sleep on another pillow!

Are there any special care instructions for my Dr. Marink’s pillow?

Always use a pillowcase over the contoured fabric cover. Otherwise, there are no special care requirements. The pillow will retain its shape for years, and we guarantee it for 10 years.

Are Dr. Marink’s pillows made from memory foam?

No, they are made from a  high-quality foam material designed to provide unbelievably comfortable, proper anatomical support.

Why does Dr. Marink's foam discolor?

Discoloration is a natural oxidation process and is not harmful. Foam discoloration doesn't affect performance, and we offer a 10-year warranty.

Can foam discoloration be prevented?
At Dr. Marink's, we prioritize your health and well-being, which is why we choose not to use any chemicals or sprays to prevent the natural oxidation process that occurs with our foam pillows. We believe in providing our customers with safe, chemical-free sleep solutions, ensuring a healthy and comfortable sleep environment.
Does foam discoloration affect the performance?
Not at all. That's why we give a 10-year warranty.

What is your shipping policy?

We ship via various carriers, including FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on your location. During checkout, you'll have three options: least expensive, fastest delivery, or a blend of speed and cost.

How does your 60-day satisfaction guarantee work?

If you're not satisfied with your pillow, you can return it within 60 days of purchase. Call us at +1-201-909-0502 for a return merchandise authorization number. Please note, if your pillow was purchased during a free shipping offer, you'll need to cover the return shipping cost.
